Why does my 9 month old Chocolate Lab keep peeing on my 3 month old yellow lab. We have worked very hard to show them equal affection, but its getting so frequent that its starting to give the youngest puppy irritated skin from constantly rinsing him off... And it getting really irritating. I have never encountered this before. And am not sure how to correct this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
