My chihuahua is a year old for about 5 months now he has been itching .Vet said it may be a allergy of some kind and since he was so young maybe he would grow out of it . He only itches his ears ,eyes and chest any ideas why????? Vet gave him some shampoo.We changed his food. Seems like it goes away then comes back.
