adults peeing in house

I don't understand.... I have 4 dashunds that are neutered and spayed... 2 females and 2 males.... 4 & 5 yrs of age..
They are potty trained, but once in a while someone pees or takes a dump on my tile...... Why? They use the doggy door, and when I'm home there are no accidents, even when I'm away there are no accidents... Sometimes when I come home from work, I will say about twice a week I find an accident.... I don't understand... Could it be a territorial thing against the males?

Two months ago we acquired a seven year old female
schnauzer. She can go all night(up to 12-13 hours without
going outside to pee. During the day with the front door
open and the doggie door available she will pee in the
house. We were told she was housebroken but found out
that she was left 6-10 hours during the day. She will go
when we walk her but doesn't go in her front yard. We
have an eight year old male schnauzer that we've had
since a puppy who lost its mate a year ago so we got
Pepper from schnauzer rescue to help him with his
depression. It worked but she has accidents at least
once or twice a week. When she has an accident we
put her in the laundry room and praise her each time
she goes outside. Nothing seems to be working. HELP!
