Description:
Therapy Dog Preparation Course. Sessions will introduce animal therapy focusing on teamwork (you and your partner) with preparation and training needed to visit facilities in a safe and beneficial manner. Training will emulate many of the real scenarios you and your canine partner will incur on a regular basis. The acquired skills and challenges of these scenarios will carry over into those exercises you will find on an evaluation.
Delta Society/Pet Partners program is the training program utilized.
